About the role

Paynback Infosolutions is seeking enthusiastic and technology-driven individuals to join our team as Prompt Engineer Interns. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered business applications. The selected candidates will work closely with the AI and Operations team to develop, test, and optimize prompts for various AI platforms, contributing to innovative solutions that enhance business productivity and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

- Design, create, and optimize prompts for AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude,
- and other Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Research and experiment with prompt engineering techniques to improve AI
- generated outputs.
- Develop structured prompts for content creation, customer support, business
- operations, marketing, and automation tasks.
- Analyze AI responses and continuously refine prompts for accuracy, relevance, and
- efficiency.
- Document prompt libraries, best practices, and use cases for organizational
- knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand business requirements and
- create AI-driven solutions.
- Assist in developing AI workflows and automation processes.




- Perform testing and quality checks on AI-generated content and outputs.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.
- Prepare reports and presentations on prompt performance and AI project
- outcomes.

Required skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn AI technologies.
- Basic understanding of ChatGPT, Generative AI, or AI-powered tools is preferred.
- Ability to think creatively and provide clear instructions to AI systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and internet research.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
