Job Title: Chef de Partie (CDP) – Bakery / Pastry

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and organized Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in bakery and pastry to oversee a specific section of our kitchen. In this role, you will lead daily production of artisanal breads, pastries, and baked goods, ensuring strict quality control, consistency, and kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

- Section Production: Prepare, bake, and finish a wide range of breads, viennoiserie, cakes, and pastry items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Station Management: Oversee daily setup, stock levels, and prep lists for the bakery station; manage ingredient prep, proofing times, and oven schedules.
- Quality & Consistency: Inspect raw ingredients and finished products for taste, texture, appearance, and freshness before service.
- Inventory & Food Safety: Assist with stock control, inventory tracking, and minimizing food waste. Enforce food safety, hygiene,



and HACCP standards across the station.
- Team Guidance: Supervise and guide junior bakers or commis chefs, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to recipe specs.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Culinary or baking/pastry arts degree or equivalent professional training.
- 2+ years of professional baking experience in a high-volume bakery, hotel, or restaurant context.
- Strong expertise in dough handling, fermentation, lamination, and oven operation.
- Good time-management skills with the ability to work early morning shifts.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene regulations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
