About the Role

Build scalable cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter & Dart for government and enterprise projects. Work on APIs, Firebase, realtime features, app performance, push notifications, deployments, and production-grade UI/UX across Android & iOS.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile Application Development

- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
- Develop responsive, production-ready UI components across Android and iOS
- Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, payment gateways, push notifications, analytics SDKs, and third-party services
- Implement state management using Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, GetX, or equivalent
- Handle local storage, caching, offline sync, and background services
- Ensure application responsiveness, stability, and cross-device compatibility

Performance, Quality & Deployment

- Debug crashes, memory leaks, and performance bottlenecks
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable production-grade code




- Participate in testing, code reviews, and release cycles
- Manage Play Store and App Store deployments, builds, signing, and versioning
- Work with CI/CD workflows and collaborate with backend, QA, design, and product teams

Contemporary Mobile Ecosystem

- Work with Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, and Analytics
- Implement deep linking, app lifecycle management, and secure authentication flows
- Integrate real-time features using WebSockets or similar technologies where required
- Support AI-enabled or automation-integrated mobile experiences where relevant

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

- 1–4 years of Flutter development experience
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart
- Experience with REST API integration and third-party SDKs
- Strong understanding of state management architectures
- Familiarity with Firebase ecosystem
- Experience with SQLite, Hive, Isar, SharedPreferences, or equivalent local storage solutions
- Working knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows
- Understanding of responsive design, asynchronous programming, and mobile application lifecycle
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills

Good to Have

- Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Codemagic, Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise
- Exposure to native Android/iOS development and platform channels
- Experience with unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing in Flutter
- Understanding of Clean Architecture, MVVM, or similar architectural patterns
- Experience publishing applications on Play Store and App Store
- Exposure to SaaS, ERP, AI-integrated, or enterprise software applications
- Basic familiarity with React or Angular ecosystems

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
