We are looking for a Software Support & Data Entry Operator(DEO) to manage day-to-day software support, MIS reporting, data management, and coordination with internal teams
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day support to users for TMS/ERP.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues.
- Understand user requirements and coordinate with the IT/Development team for issue resolution.
- Report software bugs and maintain proper issue tracking.
- Test new features, software updates, and bug fixes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, verify, analyze, and maintain operational and business data.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Monitor data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Provide management with regular reports and required data.
- Coordinate with Operations, Accounts, and other departments for data and software-related requirements.




- Provide guidance and basic training to users regarding software modules and processes.
- Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS Reporting.
- Good understanding of software applications and troubleshooting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good typing speed with accuracy

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
