Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to join our team in a client-facing consulting role. The position involves SAP SuccessFactors project implementation, configuration, integration, and post-implementation support across multiple clients.

The consultant will work closely with client HR teams, business users, IT development teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, implement SuccessFactors Compensation, and provide ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work as an SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant, collaborating with client HR teams, IT teams, business users, and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Gather and analyze business and user requirements and translate them into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

- Participate in the complete project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, post-implementation support, and rollouts.

- Identify, assess, and resolve complex business and functional issues.

- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.

- Participate in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integration projects.

- Support SAP SuccessFactors implementations for clients in Singapore across different industries.

- Provide techno-functional consulting and solution recommendations.





- Provide ongoing production support and resolve tickets/client queries within agreed timelines.

- Participate in test planning, execution, defect resolution, and validation.

- Support user training and knowledge-transfer activities.

- Contribute to solution design, technical realization, deployment, and release management.

- Work across Agile development, implementation, support, and deployment models.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Be flexible to learn and support additional SAP SuccessFactors/HCM modules as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation in a consulting environment.

- Strong techno-functional experience with client-facing capabilities.

- Robust functional/technical knowledge across SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.

- Experience in SuccessFactors implementation and configuration projects.

- Experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integrations.

- Solid understanding of:

o Business Analysis

o Business Process Knowledge

o Testing

o Solution Design

o Architecture Concepts

o Technical Solution Design

o Deployment & Release Management

- Robust client-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Experience working across multiple industries and consulting environments.

- Ability to analyze complex business problems and recommend practical solutions.

- Willingness to support additional SuccessFactors modules when required.

- SAP SuccessFactors certification in at least one relevant module is mandatory.

- Presales/solutioning experience will be an added advantage.

Engagement Details

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
