Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Account Executive who can manage day-to-day accounting work with accuracy and discipline. This role is for someone who is comfortable with numbers, routine finance tasks, and keeping records clean and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Maintain cash, bank, and cheque transactions with proper tracking.
- Do bank reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Enter and reconcile GST and TDS data and support return filing.
- Prepare monthly summaries for expenses, payables, and receivables.
- Track company credit card expenses and match them with bills.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor quotations, and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and finance records.
- Follow and update ISO-related finance documentation as required.
- Support the finance team in daily operational accounting work.
Required Profile
- Commerce graduate (B.Com preferred).
- Min 01 year of accounting experience.
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Careful with numbers and attention to detail.
- Reliable, honest, and willing to learn.
