- Supervise HVAC site activities from ducting installation to testing, commissioning and validation.
- Supervise installation of GI/SS/PIR/PUF ducting, insulation, supports, dampers, diffusers and grilles.
- Coordinate HVAC piping, chilled water, condenser water, refrigerant and drain piping works.
- Review HVAC drawings and coordinate with consultants, clients and other MEP contractors.
- Monitor manpower, materials, work quality and daily site progress.
- Coordinate HVAC testing, commissioning and TAB activities.
- Verify airflow, air changes, room pressure, temperature and relative humidity.
