Common:

Specific:

- Select specific CAG’s/schematics for fabrication by referring to the baseline and lay the same on the form

board.

- Hands on experience in Wiring harness fabrication with knowledge in various cable finishing tools and

techniques such as crimp, solder, splicing, potting, sleeving, printing, Connectorization etc.

- Knowledge of Wire harness components and manufacturing process used in the cable industry is a must.
- Knowledge of Wire Harness in Process Inspection stages.
- Inspect and confirm that the right material is received in the kits, as per the stated BOM and revision.
- Fabricate and self-inspect the products as per Built to Print (BTP),



assembly data, using the right tools,

specifications and process.

- Complete the IQMS production transactions in real time as per the job route plans.
- Maintain digital evidence of the products specific to each step of operations (video / pictures).
- Maintain tools, equipment and measuring instruments in order, ensure usability and calibration expiration
- Identify, segregate and report non-conformances / discrepancies on parts and products during verification

of kits, fabrication and testing.

- Actively participate in functional and cross functional discussions related to product and process non conformances.
- Identify, plan and implement process improvements (Kaizen).
- Refer and adhere to the safety requirements specific to operations and ensure zero FOD.
- Elimination of all “waste” in production.
- Accountable for Failure to meet EHS requirement, report incidents, follow defined process, meet set

objective and targets

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹222,000.00 per year
