Job Description

- Lead all Government Relations, Business Development and Project Development activities across PMC, PCMC, PMRDA and other Government Authorities in the Pune Metropolitan Region.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with Government officials from Junior Engineer level up to Municipal Commissioner/City Engineer.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in PPP projects, infrastructure development, sports facilities, gardens, energy efficiency projects, HTS Panels, solar projects, Power Purchase Arrangements (PPA), Government-funded projects and consultancy assignments.
- Visit Government departments regularly to gather project information and monitor upcoming opportunities.
- Study DPRs, tender documents, Government resolutions, budget provisions and project proposals.
- Develop commercially viable business models and assist the Management in project strategy.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, technology partners and financial associates for project development.
- Organise meetings, presentations and negotiations with Government Authorities and project stakeholders.




- Ensure timely follow-up on all ongoing assignments until project award and execution.
- Maintain prospect trackers, meeting records and submit periodic progress reports to the Management.

Qualification & Skills Required

- Graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, MBA or any equivalent discipline.
- 6–10 years' experience in Government liaison, infrastructure, construction, consultancy or project development.
- Strong Government networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Sound understanding of Government tendering procedures and DPRs.
- Ability to analyse projects and develop business models.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively across Pune and the PMR region and and within state if required.
- Self-driven, result-oriented and capable of independently handling Government interactions.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
