About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction and development activities at our project sites. The candidate will ensure work is executed as per plans, maintain quality standards, monitor labor activities, and coordinate with vendors and management for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
- Monitor labor attendance, productivity, and work progress.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for material and manpower requirements.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Monitor material usage and report shortages or wastage.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and submit updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site discipline.




- Assist in site measurements, inspections, and project documentation.
- Identify and report any site-related issues, delays, or risks.

Requirements

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.
- Basic understanding of construction processes and site management.
- Ability to read construction drawings and plans is an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel between project sites if required.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
