Key Highlights of the Role

- Field-First Leadership: Direct ownership of ground operations, partner onboarding, and network performance across your assigned territory.
- Scale & Impact: Build, lead, and optimize supply readiness to power nationwide roadside assistance operations.
- End-to-End Ownership: Direct control over SLA fulfillment, quality audits, cost management, and partner relations.

Core Responsibilities

- Territory & Network Expansion: Identify, negotiate with, and onboard mechanics, towing providers, aggregators,



and specialized workshops to strengthen ground coverage.
- Supply Availability & SLA Compliance: Maintain 100% order acceptance and uninterrupted 24x7 operational readiness, including emergency and peak demand periods.
- Field Operations & Quality Audits: Conduct frequent field visits for market mapping, partner training, SOP compliance, and real-time issue resolution.
- Data-Driven Performance Management: Monitor daily operational dashboards to bridge supply gaps, optimize partner payouts, and enforce quality standards.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Experience: 5 to 10 years of total experience in Field Operations, Ground Logistics, Last-Mile Delivery, Mobility, or Aggregator Management (minimum 3–5 years in a field leadership capacity).
- Execution & Drive: Hands-on track record of building and managing ground networks with a direct focus on problem-solving.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across the designated region as required by operations.
- Analytical Approach: Ability to use operational data and metrics to guide ground-level action.
- Communication: Fluency in English and the local language of the target territory.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
