Role & Responsibilities:

Order Management:

- Process incoming orders efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor order queues and ensure timely processing.
- Handle order cancellations, returns, and exchanges as per Amazon's policies.

Inventory Management:

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock availability to fulfill orders.
- Coordinate with inventory teams to replenish stock when needed.
- Update inventory levels on Amazon's platform to reflect accurate availability.

Data Management:

- Maintain accurate records of order processing activities.
- Generate reports on order volumes, shipping metrics, and customer feedback.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
