We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Malayalam Trainer to provide Malayalam language training to employees. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs to improve employees’ Malayalam communication, speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Malayalam language training sessions for employees at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, exercises, and assessments.
- Improve employees’ Malayalam speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Conduct interactive activities, role plays, discussions, and practical communication exercises.
- Assess learners’ progress and provide regular feedback.
- Customize training programs based on employees’ roles and business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Malayalam,



Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Excellent command of Malayalam – speaking, reading, and writing.
- Good English communication skills.
- Solid presentation and training skills.
- Previous experience as a Malayalam Trainer, Language Trainer, Teacher, or Corporate Trainer.

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Malayalam language training, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Experience in customer-service or communication training will be an advantage.
