Position: Business Development Coordinator (BDC)

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

* Generate new business leads through calls, online platforms, and other sources.

* Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements.

* Explain company services and maintain positive client relationships.

* Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.

* Maintain daily follow-up and client records.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handling.

* Achieve assigned business development targets.

Skills Required

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage.





* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility

Freshers: Candidates with good communication skills and interest in business development can apply.

Experienced: Candidates with experience in sales, marketing, business development, telecalling, or client handling are preferred.
