Job Summary

NorthStar Academy is hiring Business Development Executives for its Inside Sales team in Bangalore. The role involves connecting with prospective students, understanding their career requirements, explaining suitable programs, following up with leads, and supporting the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
- Understand student requirements and provide relevant course information.
- Explain course details, admission process and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Handle queries and basic objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Work toward individual and team sales/admission targets.




- Support students during the admission and onboarding process.

Candidate Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Academic Counselling, Education Sales or a similar role.
- Freshers with positive communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable making sales calls and following up with leads.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.

Salary & Incentive

Annual CTC equivalent: ₹2 LPA – ₹4 LPA

Performance Incentives: Up to ₹30,000 per month, based on performance.

Work Conditions

- Work from Office in Koramangala, Bangalore.
- 6 working days per week, including weekends.
- Weekly off may fall on a weekday.
- Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
