HR EXECUTIVE

Location: Kochi, Kerala
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and target-oriented HR Executive to support recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of handling multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Collect and verify candidate documents.
- Maintain proper recruitment and joining documentation.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.




- Meet recruitment timelines and assigned hiring targets.
- Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously with accuracy and urgency.

Requirements:

- Any degree; HR/MBA qualification preferred.
- Freshers with strong interest in recruitment may apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Robust attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ambitious, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
