Account Executive – Logistics Industry

Location: Dwarka, Delhi
Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Industry Preference: Logistics / Transportation / Freight / Courier

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive with minimum 2 years of experience in accounting operations. Candidates who have previously worked in a Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding or Courier company will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and transactions.
- Manage sales and purchase invoices, billing and documentation.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Handle GST, TDS and other routine accounting activities.
- Follow up for outstanding payments and maintain records.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams regarding billing and accounts.
- Maintain proper financial records and documentation.
- Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports.

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an Account Executive / Accountant.
- Logistics / Transportation company experience preferred.
- Positive knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing and reconciliation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Graduate in Commerce / B.Com preferred.

Preferred Candidates: Candidates currently or previously working as an Account Executive in a Logistics, Transport, Freight Forwarding, Courier or similar company.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
