Medaac Edu Solution is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling calls, generating leads, and supporting the admissions team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided data
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide course information
- Explain courses, services, and benefits to potential students
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into appointments
- Maintain call records and update CRM/data regularly
- Coordinate with Academic Counselors for student appointments
- Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets

Requirements

- Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Experience in education industry will be an added advantage
