- Receive raw materials, packaging materials, ingredients, and other supplies.
- Check quantity, quality, batch number, expiry date, and delivery documents.
- Maintain proper FIFO/FEFO system, especially for food ingredients and perishable materials.
- Store materials under appropriate temperature and hygiene conditions.
- Maintain stock records, inventory registers, GRN, issue notes, and related documentation.
- Issue raw materials and packaging materials to the Production Department as per approved requirements.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the Purchase Department about replenishment requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system/records.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, segregation,



and stacking of materials.
- Monitor expiry dates and identify slow-moving, damaged, rejected, or expired materials.
- Maintain cleanliness, pest-control standards, and 5S/GMP practices in the store.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Accounts, and Logistics teams.
- Ensure compliance with company food-safety and hygiene procedures.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.

Must have a knowlwdge in Tally
