PEB / Steel Structure

Experience: 2–5 years
Qualification: BE/Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and monitor daily steel fabrication production.
- Read and understand structural drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Coordinate with cutting, welding, drilling and assembly teams.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Monitor welding and fabrication quality.
- Prepare daily production reports.
- Coordinate with the design, purchase and site teams.
- Control material wastage and improve productivity.
- Ensure safety and quality standards in the factory.

Required Skills:

- Experience in PEB / structural steel fabrication.
- Knowledge of fabrication drawings and BOQ.
- Knowledge of welding processes and steel materials.
- Ability to manage fabrication workers and supervisors.
- Valuable planning and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting is preferred

Pay: ₹11,639.92 - ₹43,453.30 per month
