Job Overview:

The Closing Manager – Sales is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales closure process, ensuring smooth conversion of leads into bookings. The role requires strong negotiation skills, client handling expertise, and the ability to drive closures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle end-to-end sales closing activities for residential projects

 Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and guide them through the buying process

 Convert qualified leads into successful bookings and achieve sales targets

 Conduct site visits and project presentations for clients

 Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for documentation and agreement processes

 Maintain strong follow-up with prospects to ensure timely closures





 Negotiate pricing and payment terms with clients within company guidelines

 Maintain accurate sales records and reports

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business

 Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the closing journey .

Required Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred)

 3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate

 Strong closing and negotiation skills

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Ability to work in a target-driven environment

 Good knowledge of sales processes and customer handling

Preferred

 Prior experience in real estate sales

 Experience in selling studio apartments will be an added advantage

 Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹67,495.88 per month
