Roles and Responsibilities -

- Develop 3D & 2D Designs for Press Tools,Knowledge of progressive, compound Tool Designing.
- Design approval from the client,Create Bill of Material.
- Coordinate with the purchase, production, quality dept. resolve the design-related queries.
- Give inputs to status reporting. Solidworks, Unigraphics software Design, CAD modeling.
- Able to do Blank development & their nesting.
- Able to do drafting & detailing on Auto-cad software & release drawings to tool-room for manufacturing.

Technical Competencies and Exposure Areas

- Positive at GD & T
- Tool design, drafting & detailing
- Software- Solidworks /Uni graphics/solid edge & Auto Cad
- Tool Process knowledge for sheet metal stamping parts
- Hands on Excel & Power point presentation

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strictly in Stamping Die Design / Press Tool Design.
- Education-UG :Diploma in Mechanical, B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical.
- Minimum 02 to 04 year experience in Tool Design is required.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
