Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and validate control software using MATLAB Simulink and model-based design tools.
- Drive development across the full V-cycle, from requirements definition through design, implementation, integration, and validation.
- Build and deploy systems on Recent Eagle Controller and Raptor platforms.
- Support system integration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Apply functional safety principles throughout the development lifecycle to ensure compliance and reliability.
- Lead and mentor team members, managing workload allocation and technical quality.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication with internal teams and leadership.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and NPD teams on cross-functional development.
- Support offshore delivery through planning, documentation, and technical guidance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive productivity and throughput.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong working knowledge of MATLAB Simulink, model-based design, and software validation.
- Hands-on experience across the full V-cycle development process.
- Hands-on experience with New Eagle platforms (Controller, Raptor).




- Solid grasp of embedded systems, control logic, and mechatronics.
- Working knowledge of functional safety standards and their application in control software development.
- Proven stakeholder management and team management/leadership experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary, global teams.
- Experience with offshore/onshore coordinated engineering is a plus.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Controls Engineering, or related fields.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in control software development, embedded systems, or model based design.
- Certifications or formal training in MATLAB, Simulink, or embedded controls development will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience:

- Exposure to material handling/industrial/off highway/heavy equipment control systems.
- Experience with system integration, hardware in loop (HIL) testing, or diagnostics tools.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
