Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Planning & Scheduling Manager to lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and progress control activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel, project scheduling, delay analysis, risk assessment, and project monitoring.

The candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, Construction Management Team, consultants, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed within the planned schedule, budget, and contractual requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies





- Strong knowledge of Project Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Positive proficiency in MS Excel and project reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of WBS, Baseline Schedule, Critical Path, Milestones, and Resource Planning.
- Experience in Delay Analysis and Time Impact Analysis.
- Knowledge of project risk assessment and mitigation.
- Understanding of project execution, estimation, and rate analysis.
- Knowledge of financial and commercial aspects of construction projects.
- Strong analytical, planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
