Job Description – Service Engineer - Manager (After-Sales)

Industry: Signage / Advertising Equipment

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and provide after-sales service for signage machines and equipment.
- Attend customer service calls and troubleshoot machine/equipment issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and basic software/control-related problems.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma / ITI / BE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Experience in signage machinery, CNC, laser, printing, or similar industrial equipment is preferred.
- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical panels, motors, sensors, drives, and controllers.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites

Experience: 2–6 years in machinery service / after-sales service preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
