Job OverviewStewards act as the backbone of food and beverage operations. They support the culinary and service teams by keeping workspaces hygienic, managing dishware, and sometimes assisting guests directly.

- Sanitation and Cleaning: Wash plates, glassware, and cookware using industrial or manual dishwashing stations. Scrub kitchen surfaces, mop floors, and take out trash.
- Inventory and Stocking: Restock cutlery, glasses, and kitchen towels. Track cleaning supplies and report broken equipment.
- Service Assistance: Set up banquet halls, explicit tables, and help servers or kitchen staff when needed.
- Guest Relations (in front-of-house roles): Welcoming guests, greeting guests when entering and leaving, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
