A Feed Enzymes Senior Manager leads the technical strategy, product positioning, and commercial growth of enzyme-based solutions within the animal nutrition industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Business Development: Grow the enzyme product portfolio across poultry, ruminant, and aquaculture sectors through value-based technical selling.
- R&D; and Product Leadership: Oversee enzyme trials, review scientific literature on enzymology, and lead product development initiatives.
- Technical Support & Trials: Guide field teams in conducting on-site customer trials and performance data analysis to demonstrate product efficacy.
- Commercial & P&L; Management: Manage regional budgets, forecast sales pipelines, oversee pricing strategies, and drive key account relationships.





Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Degree B.Sc.,, M.Sc., in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Biochemistry, or Veterinary Science.
- Experience: 5–12+ years of technical sales, product management, or R&D; experience within animal feed additives or specialized nutrition ingredients.
- Technical Competencies: Deep proficiency in feed formulation, gut health, FCR (Feed Conversion Ratio) optimization, and fermentation-derived ingredients.
