Apeiron International Logistics Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced qualified to join our Operations – Freight Forwarding team.

Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai

Position: Operations – Freight Forwarding
Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations.
- Manage bookings and ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, agents, transporters, and other stakeholders.
- Handle import/export shipments and ensure timely cargo movement.
- Coordinate documentation and shipment tracking.
- Monitor booking status, schedules, and shipment execution.




- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth execution from booking to final delivery.
- Maintain strong customer and vendor relationships.

Candidate Profile:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding operations.
- Good knowledge of import/export processes, booking, and documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and ensure timely execution.
