you are in the room quantifying the legal risk in business terms. The role is analytical and hands-on — counsel here drafts their own instruments and argues their own positions. The governance half of the seat is continuous: defining internal policies, checking compliance on a regular cadence, and ensuring statutory formalities are met across the corporate obligations of a multi-country operation.
