About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, sales-driven Vendor Sourcing Executive to identify, onboard, and manage vendors/suppliers for our data acquisition needs. This role is ideal for candidates with strong B2B sourcing, negotiation, and vendor relationship management experience — no technical background required.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential vendors, agencies, and independent suppliers across markets.
- Build and maintain robust vendor relationships through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and licensing terms with vendors.
- Onboard new vendors and manage ongoing vendor communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand sourcing requirements and timelines.
- Track vendor performance, pricing trends, and market rates.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor databases in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ensure timely delivery and compliance with agreed terms.

Required Skills

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Prior experience in vendor sourcing, B2B sales, procurement, or business development.




- Comfortable with cold calling/outreach and vendor follow-ups.
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines simultaneously.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Vendor Sourcing, Procurement, Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with strong communication/sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in vendor/supplier management or B2B sales.
- Exposure to procurement or sourcing platforms.
- Basic understanding of contracts/licensing terms (training will be provided).
