We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Kakkanad, Kochi. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR business partnering, workforce management, and project coordination, with the ability to connect HR strategies with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders and managers to understand workforce requirements and provide suitable HR solutions.
Manage workforce planning, allocation, and related activities based on business needs.
Plan, coordinate, and manage HR projects from initiation through successful completion.
Support business teams in achieving workforce and organizational objectives.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
Assess workforce requirements and recommend appropriate HR strategies.
Work closely with various departments to identify HR challenges and implement effective solutions.
Monitor project timelines, progress, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
Support employee engagement, retention,
and organizational development initiatives.
Maintain HR data and prepare reports to support business and workforce decisions.
Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and applicable requirements.
Requirements
4–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partnering role.
Proven experience in HR business partnering and stakeholder management.
Strong experience in project handling and coordination.
Hands-on experience in workforce management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical HR solutions.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced work environment.
