- Counsel parents and students on academic programs.
- Convert enquiries into enrollments through calls and follow-ups.
- Handle inbound & outbound leads.
- Recommend suitable learning programs based on student needs.
- Maintain CRM records and achieve admission targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student onboarding.
Requirements:
- 6 months–3 years of experience in Education Counselling, Inside Sales, or EdTech.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented with basic computer knowledge.
- Weekend working (weekday off).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
