Job Responsibilities

- Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR and IP cameras.
- Perform CAT6 cable laying, termination and testing.
- Configure IP addresses, routers, switches and remote viewing.
- Troubleshoot CCTV, networking, power and recording issues.
- Attend customer service and breakdown calls.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and replace faulty equipment.
- Visit customer locations in and around Pudukkottai.
- Maintain service reports and provide proper customer support.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV installation and service.
- Good knowledge of Analog & IP CCTV systems.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, networking, routers and switches.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, ECE or related field preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Willingness to travel for field service.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
