Position: Business Development Manager / Sales Manager – Renewable Energy

Location: Tamil Nadu (Travel across Tamil Nadu required)

Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities across Tamil Nadu.
- Meet industrial and commercial customers to understand their energy requirements.
- Promote and explain the company's renewable energy solutions and value proposition.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, including business owners, plant heads, purchase heads, and management teams.
- Conduct customer presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation to project closure.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with prospective customers until successful conversion.
- Achieve monthly,



quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with engineering, project execution, legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth project handover after order confirmation.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business strategy.
- Update CRM and submit regular sales reports, visit reports, and pipeline status to management.
- Represent the company at industrial associations, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events whenever required

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
