HR Recruiter – Job Description

Position: HR Recruiter

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Mumbai

Industry: Architecture & Interior Design

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.

Manage joining formalities and basic employee documentation.

Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.

Support employee engagement and HR-related activities.

Assist with approximately 10% of operational activities, including coordination and follow-ups.

Support office events and employee activities, including planning, coordination, and execution.





Maintain a positive employee experience and qualified work environment.

Key Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Good understanding of recruitment processes

Organized and proactive approach

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

Basic knowledge of HR operations

Ideal Candidate:

Someone who is proactive, people-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable taking responsibility for recruitment while also supporting occasional operations and event coordination.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,109.81 per month
