- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensure smooth coordination between all departments.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction, including handling complaints and resolving guest concerns.
- Supervise and coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Security, and other departments.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate hotel staff to maintain a skilled and productive team.
- Monitor room occupancy, reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and overall front-office performance.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
- Monitor hotel revenue, expenses, budgets, and profitability and implement cost-control measures.
- Develop and support sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy, revenue, and customer retention.
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, online travel platforms, suppliers, and vendors.
- Monitor inventory and ensure the timely availability of linen, guest amenities, food supplies,



and operational materials.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, health and safety standards, fire-safety regulations, and applicable laws.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all hotel facilities and equipment remain in good working condition.
- Review guest feedback, online reviews, operational reports, and performance indicators and take corrective action where required.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and communicate operational targets, standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports to senior management/owners.
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and overall hotel profitability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
