Grid My Home is an interior design and execution firm focused on creating functional, aesthetic, and high-quality residential and commercial spaces. We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer who can manage on-site civil execution and ensure projects are delivered as per design, quality standards, and timelines.

Position- Civil Engineer – Interior Projects

Experience- 1–2 Years in Civil / Interior Execution

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil and interior execution work at project sites.
- Read and interpret architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, vendors, and other site teams.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor site measurements, levels, dimensions, and material requirements.
- Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity calculations, measurements, and work estimates.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.
- Conduct regular quality checks for civil works including masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and related works.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the design/project team for timely resolution.




- Maintain proper site documentation, measurement sheets, material records, and daily progress reports.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams during site visits whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with site safety practices and company standards.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil construction and interior execution.
- Positive understanding of BOQ, estimation, quantity surveying, and site measurements.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and technical plans.
- Strong site supervision and contractor management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of interior fit-out works will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
