Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and manage civil construction projects from start to handover.
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Supervise site teams and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Control project costs and monitor budgets, variations, and commercial aspects.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Implement and monitor project HSE (Health, Safety & Setting) requirements.
- Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare project status reports.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, and statutory requirements.
- Manage subcontractors and evaluate their performance.
- Maintain proper project documentation, records, and correspondence.
- Coordinate snagging, testing & commissioning, completion,



and final handover.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, estimation, and cost control.
- Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet strict project deadlines.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
