We are looking for a responsible oriented Collection Executive to follow up with customers and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Visit customers for field collection when required.
- Maintain accurate daily collection records.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Operations team.
- Ensure timely submission of collected payments and documents.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Requirements
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field collection.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Previous experience in collection, field sales, or similar roles is preferred.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
