Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Planning & Content

- Own the first draft of the monthly social media monthly content calendar aligned with business objectives and campaign priorities.
- Plan engaging content themes (feed / reel / story), captions, and post across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant channels.
- Research and Monitor on going content trends
- Prepare clear creative briefs / reel scripts and coordinate with the in-house designer to ensure timely delivery of marketing creatives.
- Manage organic creatives, paid advertising creatives, and resizing requirements for various digital platforms.
- Maintain publishing calendars, ensure consistency in brand messaging, and monitor platform engagement.

Email Marketing

- Plan, draft, build, and execute EMAIL marketing campaigns for lead generation
- Segment email audiences, optimize subject lines and content, and monitor campaign performance
- Work closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure timely execution of email campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Content & Marketing Support

- Support the Marketing and Business Development teams in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including webinars.
- Support with content for landing pages, WhatsApp communications, email campaigns, presentations, and supporting collateral.
- Assist in creating newsletters, blogs, presentations, marketing collateral, and other content assets as required.




- Conduct market and industry research to support the Business Development team.

AI & Process Excellence

- Proactively leverage AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, research, productivity and overall marketing efficiency.
- Stay updated with emerging AI applications and trends to continuously improve workflows.

Collaboration & Execution

- Work closely with Marketing, Design, and Business Development teams to ensure timely delivery
- Demonstrate strong ownership, responsiveness, and accountability in executing assigned tasks

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in social media, content, and email marketing.
- Proven experience in planning and executing email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, Brevo, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with robust copywriting ability.
- Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Basic design capability using Canva is preferred.
- Strong presentation development, research, and content planning skills.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
