- Channel Manager - EZEE - EXPERIENCE MANDATORY

- Total 24 boutique rooms (4 star quality)

- 10 room boys (24 hours rotational shift)
- 1 Barista
- 2 cook, 2 helper

- Staff Management, weekly leave management, long leave management, replacement hiring of house keeping staff

- Daily Operations

- Room cleanliness supervision
- Rooms Inventory management (Toiletries, Linen)
- Cafe Inventory management (raw material, fruits, coffee beans etc.)
- Morning Breakfast Management
- Coordinate support services - Wifi, Electrical, Plumbing, Cabs

- On-line Booking management

- Channel Manager - EZEE or other Channel manager - EXPERIENCE MANDATORY
- booking.com, MakemyTrip, Agoda, Hotel Website




- Immediate response to online guest queries
- Promote direct bookings
- Discount management
- Guest documents management and Form C submission
- General manual vouchers for offline booking
- Maintain and Update Excel based booking sheet

- Guest Relationship

- Reply to google and online reviews
- Seek feedback, ratings, survey response from guests

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
