Experience: 7–8 years of relevant experience in the Renewable Energy

Industry, preferably in Solar & Wind Projects.

Key Responsibilities & Candidate Expectations

 Should have strong experience in Land & Liaisoning activities for Solar and

Wind Projects.

 Should be capable of handling new project setup / greenfield projects

independently.

 Should have solid team management and leadership skills to manage the

Land & Liaisoning team.

 Solid coordination and communication with Liaisoning Team, Clients, Project

Teams, Legal Teams, Landowners/Farmers, Village Representatives and

Government Authorities.

 Should be capable of handling village-level issues, landowner negotiations

and local coordination effectively.

 Should have the ability to identify and develop new land clusters suitable for

upcoming Solar/Wind projects.

 Should proactively find new potential project locations/clusters based on

upcoming project requirements and land availability.

 Should be capable of conducting initial land feasibility, land availability

assessment and cluster identification.

 Strong experience in land aggregation, landowner/farmer negotiations and

land-related documentation.





 Good knowledge of Gujarat land/revenue procedures, land records and

government liaisoning will be preferred.

 Should maintain strong relationships with local communities, village-level

contacts and relevant government departments.

 Good Gujarati and English communication skills are essential.

 Strong negotiation, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

 Should be capable of preparing MIS, land status reports, cluster reports and

regular project updates for management/client/project teams.

 Willingness to travel extensively to project sites and villages as required.

 Candidate should be proactive, target-oriented and capable of independently

managing multiple projects/clusters.

Preferred Profile: Candidates with hands-on experience in Solar/Wind project land

acquisition, new cluster identification, greenfield project setup, government liaisoning

and team management, particularly in Gujarat, will be preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
