JOB DESCRIPTION – PROJECTS ENGINEER

Job Summary

The Projects Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, manpower, materials, and resources.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Review drawings, BOQs, measurements, and technical requirements.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
- Monitor material usage and minimize project wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports and maintain site documentation.




- Coordinate inspections, measurements, and project handover activities.
- Support project cost control and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Report project risks, delays, and critical issues to management promptly.

Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering

Experience

3+ years of relevant experience in construction/project execution preferred.
