- Assist in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain recruitment and employee records.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day HR operations.
- Assist in attendance tracking and other HR activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
