Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, experienced, and responsible Nanny to provide dedicated care for 1.5-year-old twins in a private household in Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience caring for young children, preferably twins, and should be comfortable managing their daily routines, meals, hygiene, activities, and overall well-being.

The candidate should be warm, patient, energetic, trustworthy, and attentive, with a genuine love for working with children.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide attentive and loving care to the 1.5-year-old twin babies.

- Ensure the children's safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.

- Manage daily routines including feeding, bathing, dressing, diaper changing, nap times, and bedtime.

- Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks suitable for the children's age and dietary requirements.

- Plan and engage the children in age-appropriate activities, including indoor play, outdoor activities, creative activities, and learning exercises.

- Encourage the children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.

- Take the children for walks, outdoor play, parks, and other age-appropriate activities as required.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the children's rooms, play areas, toys, and belongings.

- Handle children's laundry and other light household duties directly related to the children.





- Monitor the children's health and promptly inform the parents about any illness, injury, behavioral changes, or other concerns.

- Administer basic first aid when required and respond appropriately in case of emergencies.

- Maintain a consistent routine for both children while giving individual attention to each child.

- Accompany the family and children during domestic and international travel, when required.

- Coordinate respectfully with parents and follow the family's childcare preferences, routines, and instructions.

- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working in the private household.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous professional experience as a Nanny, preferably with infants/toddlers.

- Experience caring for children around 1–3 years of age will be highly preferred.

- Good understanding of infant and toddler care, feeding, hygiene, sleep routines, and developmental activities.

- Patient, caring, energetic, responsible, and trustworthy personality.

- Ability to manage two young children simultaneously with attention and care.

- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally with the family when required.

- Must be flexible with working hours according to the family's schedule.

- Previous experience working with high-profile/private families will be an advantage.

- References from previous employers will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be well-mannered, presentable, reliable, proactive, and child-focused, with the ability to independently manage the daily care and routine of twin toddlers while maintaining transparent communication with the parents.

Note: The role involves occasional domestic and international travel with the family.
