Key Responsibilities

- Machine Maintenance
- Perform routine inspection, servicing, repair, and maintenance of production machinery.
- Attend mechanical breakdowns and restore machines with minimum downtime.
- Identify abnormal noise, vibration, leakage, heating, and other mechanical issues.
- Carry out dismantling, assembly, alignment, and adjustment of machine components.
- Production Equipment
- Maintain equipment used in sweets and food manufacturing, such as mixers, boilers, conveyors, pumps, filling machines, packing machines, and other mechanical equipment.
- Ensure machines are properly lubricated and maintained as per schedule.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machinery.
- Preventive Maintenance
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules.
- Check bearings, belts, chains, gears, shafts, valves, couplings, and other mechanical components.
- Replace worn-out parts and report major maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
- Fabrication & Fitting Work
- Perform basic welding, cutting, drilling, grinding, and fabrication work where required.
- Repair and fabricate machine frames, supports, guards, brackets, and pipelines.




- Use hand tools and fitting tools safely and correctly.
- Utility & Pipeline Maintenance
- Assist in maintenance of water, steam, air, and other utility pipelines.
- Check and repair valves, pumps, and pipe connections.
- Attend leakage and mechanical issues in utility systems.
- Safety & Food Industry Compliance
- Follow all safety procedures while carrying out maintenance work.
- Use appropriate PPE such as safety shoes, gloves, goggles, helmet, etc.
- Ensure maintenance activities do not compromise food safety or hygiene.
- Follow GMP, GHP, HACCP, and company hygiene procedures applicable to maintenance activities.
- Maintain proper housekeeping in the maintenance area.
- Documentation
- Record breakdowns, repairs, spare parts used, and maintenance activities.
- Update preventive maintenance checklists.
- Inform the supervisor about recurring machine problems and spare-part requirements

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
