Qualification & Experience

- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering preferred
- Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered for candidates with strong relevant experience
- Minimum 5+ years of civil construction/site execution experience preferred
- Experience in industrial buildings, warehouses, RCC structures and infrastructure works will be given preference

Key Responsibilities

- Take overall responsibility for day-to-day civil construction activities at site
- Plan and monitor work to achieve project targets and schedules
- Manage Site Engineers, Supervisors, Safety personnel, subcontractors and labour teams
- Coordinate with Client, Consultant, subcontractors, vendors and company management
- Review construction drawings, BOQ, specifications and work requirements before execution
- Supervise excavation, PCC, RCC footings, columns, pedestals, plinth beams, structural works, masonry and associated civil works
- Plan manpower, machinery, shuttering and material requirements in advance
- Monitor reinforcement, shuttering and concrete works before and during pours
- Ensure proper quality control, safety and workmanship at site
- Coordinate inspections and obtain necessary approvals before proceeding with subsequent works
- Monitor daily progress against planned targets and take corrective action where required




- Maintain proper site documentation including DPRs, measurements, pour records, material records and inspection documents
- Coordinate joint measurements, quantity verification, RA billing and additional/extra work records
- Identify delays, technical issues and resource shortages early and report them to management
- Control wastage and improve labour, machinery and material productivity
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide clear instructions to the execution team
- Ensure works are completed safely, correctly, on schedule and as per approved drawings/specifications

Candidate Requirements

- Strong practical knowledge of RCC and industrial civil construction
- Good understanding of structural and architectural drawings
- Capable of independently managing a large construction site
- Strong manpower and subcontractor management skills
- Good knowledge of quantity calculation and site measurements
- Basic understanding of BOQ, billing and project documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to communicate effectively with client/consultant engineers
- Responsible, disciplined and result-oriented
- Willing to be permanently based at the project site

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and capability
