Job Title: Odoo Functional Consultant
Location: Pune
Experience: 5–7 Years

Job Responsibilities

- Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Understand client business needs through detailed discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions. Perform functional analysis to identify gaps between standard Odoo features and client expectations.
- Odoo ERP Implementation

Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting. Ensure smooth configuration, setup, and alignment with business processes.

- Business Process Mapping

Conduct client meetings to analyze existing workflows and map them into Odoo systems. Suggest process improvements and best practices to optimize operations and increase efficiency.Work closely with developers and technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. Ensure timely delivery of customizations, integrations, and solutions.Provide comprehensive training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the system. Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and process documentation for ongoing reference.Perform functional testing (UAT) to validate system performance and ensure it meets business requirements before deployment.



Identify issues and coordinate for timely resolution.Plan and execute the go-live process, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Provide immediate support during the transition phase.Offer continuous support after implementation, including troubleshooting, system optimization, and handling client queries to ensure long-term satisfaction.Maintain solid relationships with clients by providing proactive support and suggesting improvements to enhance system usage and business outcomes.Key Skills Required:

Preferred:

- Experience in ERP / Software industry
- Prior Odoo implementation experience

Pay: ₹48,000.00 - ₹68,000.00 per month
