Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Commerce Backend Senior Consultant / Senior Developer with solid hands-on experience in SAP Commerce (Hybris) and SAP CPQ Integration.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java-based backend development, SAP Commerce/Hybris architecture, integrations, and enterprise e-commerce solutions. Hands-on experience with SAP CPQ and Hybris integration is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with customers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design scalable backend solutions.
- Develop, customize, and maintain Java-based backend components using SAP Commerce/Hybris.
- Work extensively with SAP CPQ and SAP Commerce/Hybris integration.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Develop and consume REST and SOAP web services.
- Work with Spring Framework, JEE, Servlets, JSP, and JSTL.
- Work on SAP Commerce modules including OCC, PIM, Promotions, B2B and B2C Accelerators.
- Implement integrations with SAP and third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions independently.
- Follow design patterns, coding standards, and best practices to build scalable and maintainable applications.
- Support application deployment and infrastructure activities involving Tomcat and Apache-based environments.
- Work with Maven, Ant, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes.




- Manage source code using Git/SVN/CVS or similar SCM tools.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment activities.
- Work effectively with offshore/onsite teams and follow Agile delivery practices.
- Communicate directly with customers and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of IT experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Commerce / SAP Hybris
- Mandatory: SAP CPQ + SAP Commerce/Hybris Integration experience
- Strong Java and Spring Framework knowledge
- Experience with OCC, PIM, Promotions
- Experience with B2B and B2C Commerce
- Strong REST/SOAP Web Services experience
- Experience with Maven/Ant and Jenkins
- Experience with Git/SVN/CVS
- Knowledge of Tomcat and Apache
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile/offshore-onsite delivery environments

Preferred Profile

- SAP Commerce/Hybris certification is an advantage.
- Experience with complex enterprise e-commerce implementations.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.

Important: Candidates without hands-on SAP CPQ and SAP Commerce/Hybris integration experience will not be considered.
