To lead the HR department, setting policy, driving recruitment, ensuring statutory compliance across all branches, acting as directors key partner on all people related decisions.

- Own end to end HR strategy, policy formulation, and implementation across all offices

- Lead recruitment and work force planning in line with company growth plans, working directly with the director on hiring priorities.

-Ensure timely statutory compliance across locations - PF, ESI, labour laws, and other applicable regulations

- Design and implement onboarding, performace review, and employee engagement frameworks company wide

- Oversee payroll accuracy and coordination across branches

- Handle escalated employee relation matters, grievances, and disciplinary processes

- Report directly to the director with regular updates on HR metrics, hiring status, and compliance posture

- Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and legal advisors on HR and labour law matters

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
